Cru Kitchen and Bar

A neighbourhood kitchen and bar in Eastbourne, built around a serious wine list, a Josper grill, and dishes worth photographing.

01 · The Brief

Fill the room. Sell the wine. Build the story.

Cru is a serious restaurant that deserved to be spoken about like one. What they needed was not just nice videos. They needed content that put more people through the door, moved specific dishes and wines off the menu, and gave Cru a proper story on the platforms their guests actually use.

02 · The Approach

Full production, editorial photography, and a content plan that sells.

A monthly production day covering the food, the wine list, the room and the moments in between. Reels cut for retention and built to make people book, not just scroll. Editorial photography for the website, menu and social. And a content strategy tying it all together, aimed at specific outcomes. More Sunday roasts served. Steaks upsold from the Josper grill. Wine bottles pulled from the shelf because a reel made a guest curious.

Everything shot, edited, planned and posted by Elevare Creative.

What those numbers actually mean for the business.

280,000 views is 280,000 people who now know Cru exists. In a town of 100,000, that is Cru's story living well beyond the postcode. A 25% follower jump is a local audience that comes back on Sundays, brings friends, and books the tables that used to sit empty.

Specific reels drove specific outcomes. A Sunday Roast piece filled Sunday service. A Josper steak film moved the higher-margin cuts. A Henners Pinot Noir feature sold bottles from a shelf that had been quiet. Content, working as a proper marketing asset.
